É secretária técnica e executiva do Programa Ibermedia desde 1998, membro da Comissão de Projetos da Junta da Andaluzia e da Comissão de Estudo de Projetos do Centro Nacional de Cinema da Venezuela. Esteve à frente no departamento de direção e relações internacionais da Filmoteca Generalitat Valenciana e foi coordenadora da Sala de Cinema da Universidade de Valência. Também escreveu diversos artigos para o Journal of Film Preservation, revista trimestral editada pela FIAF (Federación Internacional de Archivos Fílmicos).

She has worked as Technical and Executive Secretary of Programa Ibermedia since 1998, and is a member of Junta de Andalucía’s Projects Committee and the Projects Study Committee of Centro Nacional de Cine de Venezuela. She was head of Filmoteca Generalitat Valenciana’s Department of Direction and International Relations and coordinator of
Universitad de Valencia’s Cinema Hall. She has also written several articles for the Journal of Film Preservation, a quarterly magazine edited by FIAF (Federación Internacional de Archivos Fílmicos).

Fay Breeman é gestora do Fundo Hubert Bals do Festival International de Cinema de Roterdã (IFFR). Ela se formou na Utrecht University em 2011, com mestrado em Cinema e
Televisão e especialização em Jornalismo. Desde então, ela trabalha para os departamentos de indústria e mercados de coprodução dos festivais IFFR, Festival de Cinema da Holanda, Go Short e Cinekid, todos na Holanda. Ela participou do comitê de seleção de curtas metragens do IFFR entre 2014 e 2016. Em 2011, começou a trabalhar temporariamente para o Fundo Hubert Bals, e ingressou no fundo em regime integral em janeiro de 2017.

Fay Breeman is the Manager of the Hubert Bals Fund of International Film Festival Rotterdam (IFFR). She graduated from Utrecht University in 2011 with a master’s degree in Film & Television Studies and a minor in Journalism. Since then she has worked for the industry departments and co-production markets of IFFR, Netherlands Film Festival, Go Short, and Cinekid, all in the Netherlands. She was a member of the short film selection committee of IFFR between 2014 and 2016. In 2011 she started working for the Hubert Bals Fund on a temporary basis, joining the fund full-time in January 2017.

Satu Elo trabalha desde 2010 como gestora de programação na EAVE - European Audiovisual Entrepreneurs, com sede em Luxemburgo. Ela é responsável pela organização do EAVE Producers Workshop, EAVE Marketing Workshop, EAVE+ e EAVE on Demand, entre outros. Durante 2004 e 2010 trabalhou na Finnish Film Foundation como membro da equipe responsável pela promoção internacional de filmes finlandeses, e durante 1998 e 2004 foi responsável pela gestão executiva e fez parte da equipe de programação do Espoo Ciné International Film Festival, na Finlândia. Outras atividades anteriores incluem trabalhos como jornalista freelancer e tradutora.

Satu Elo works since 2010 as the Programme Manager Europe of EAVE – European Audiovisual Entrepreneurs, based in Luxembourg. She is responsible for the organization of EAVE Producers Workshop, EAVE Marketing Workshop , EAVE+ and EAVE on Demand, among others. During 2004 – 2010 she worked at the Finnish Film Foundation as part of the team responsible for the international promotion of Finnish films, and during 1998 – 2004 she was in charge of the executive management and part of the programming team of Espoo Ciné International Film Festival in Finland. Other earlier activities include work as freelancer journalist and translator.
